A powerful practice we can use to begin to clear some of the heaviest and most impactful energies we are holding in our energy body that do not belong to us, is to release dense trauma and emotional energies passed down to us through our ancestral lineage. These energies can contribute to manifesting challenging and painful life experiences, and they didn't even originate in our lifetime.
