This practice is an example of how we can use a combination of the S.A.R.A. symbols in a "symbol sandwich" to support deep clearing by recognizing when we are in a state of worry or rumination about uncertainty in the future.

In this practice, we will be using the S.A.R.A. symbol from Initiation 4 to clear trauma energy from these experiences to help bring us back to balance.
