Clearing Ancestral Enmeshment

A powerful practice we can use to begin to clear some of the most impactful energies we are holding in our energy body that do not belong to us, is to release energetic enmeshment with members of our ancestral lineage. These energies can contribute to manifesting challenging and painful life experiences, and they didn't even originate with us.

In this practice, we will be using the S.A.R.A. symbol from Initiation 3 to clear ancestral enmeshment with our ancestral lineage going back seven generations.

Sometimes even after we have ended a relationship or distanced ourselves from an individual that is no longer serving to us to be in connection with, we can still have energetic connections to that person through any objects, buildings, or land spaces. We can also exchange energy in unhelpful ways with land spaces or buildings that hold a great deal of trauma from past events on that land, which can be very freeing to release ourselves from.

Clearing energetic enmeshment with land, buildings, and objects can be an often overlooked, but important part of energy body sovereignty. In this practice, we will learn a simple process for clearing any enmeshments we have with these aspects of our reality using the symbol from Initiation 3.

Clearing Enmeshment and Energetic Entanglement With An Individual

There are a diverse array of connections we have to the people in our lives. Some of those connections and exchanges are helpful, loving, and supportive of our growth. Others drag us down, hold us back, and may even create trauma and contribute to other conditions such as anxiety and depression for us.

Most of our relationships and the energetic connections and exchanges we form through them are a combination of helpful and limiting. We all have shadow aspects and soul-aligned aspects, and when we interact with anyone, we interact on both of these levels within ourselves and within them.

Freeing ourselves from the toxic connections and limiting energetic exchanges we have with people in our lives can be extremely beneficial for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In this practice, we will use the S.A.R.A. symbol for clearing energetic enmeshment from Initiation 3 to help us clear limiting connections we have with a specific individual. Use this practice any time you feel as if you may have harmful cords, toxic energetic exchange, or energy drain due to your interactions or relationship with another individual.
