Now that you understand the mechanics of the S.A.R.A. system, we shift into the practical structure of your path.

Unit 2: The Self-Healer's Path

This lesson introduces the core requirements of a self-healer. You will explore the self-healer alignment and the five foundational commitments that empower you to transform your inner world and embody your most authentic soul self.

In this lesson, we shift our focus from the how of self-healing to the what and why. We also introduce Soul Truth as the internal compass that guides your entire healing journey.

This lesson explores the meaning and importance of energy-first healing and how it can help us create more effective positive change in our lives.

The final lesson of this unit explores the three primary skills that a self-healer benefits from cultivating. We go over these three skills and how you can begin to employ them in your self-healing practice.

Unit 3: Strengthening The Energy Body

This lesson gets into the finer details of the meaning and importance of grounding, protection, and energy field coherence. We explore what each of these mean and why they are important for strengthening your energy field.

This lesson contains the deep healing attunement for the first S.A.R.A. symbol, helping you strengthen your energy field, ground more deeply, create solid energetic boundaries, and initiate a greater depth of energy field coherence.

With the attunement to the symbol now complete, in this lesson, we will dive into the specifics of how to use the symbol in your daily life for practical purposes.

This final lesson covers your next steps with using the energy field strengthening symbol. We will also cover how to know when you are ready to continue on your initiatory path and what steps to take next.
