In this course, you will be introduced to energetic concepts to understand your empathic gift and why it can be so challenging and painful. You’ll learn practices to open up a conscious healing process within yourself to use your empathic gift as a great blessing and empower yourself as your own greatest teacher and healer. You’ll be learning the metaphysical principles of energy absorption, exploring some of the most common limiting beliefs and traumas empaths hold that create holes in our energy body, and we’ll be learning how we can begin to work with our energy and awareness to heal and create balance in our being.
