To begin to embody our most authentic expression, we must first understand how our energy engages with others, and what we are holding that may not belong to us. This helps us create a more clear container for embodying more of our own essence.
Lesson 2: Energetic Connections and Exchange
In this lesson, we explore the energetic structures and conditions that allow us to exchange energy and information with others through our energy body.
Lesson 3: Exploring Foreign Energy
With an understanding of how energy is exchanged, we move on to learn what types of foreign energy we can hold in our energy body and where these energies can come from.
Unit 2: Clearing Energetic Enmeshment
Lesson 4: Enmeshment Clearing Attunement
This lesson contains the healing attunement with the frequencies of the S.A.R.A. enmeshment clearing symbol. The attunement is a quantum-level recalibration of your energetic connections and a generalized release of the energy you are holding that is no longer serving you to prepare you for deeper work on your energetic relationship with others.
Lesson 5: Using the Symbol
